I’m very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order and received little to no communication afterward. Despite waiting, I never received any updates on the status of my order, and reaching out for information was frustrating. Good customer service includes keeping customers informed, especially when there are delays. The lack of communication and follow-up made this a very poor experience. I hope they improve their customer service and keep customers updated in the future.
