Ordered a pair of gumboots, sadly, they weren’t for my wide foot. I emailed Tweed Outdoor and asked for an exchange. To my amazement they arrived within two days and Will emailed me a return label to send the gumboots back. The new boots are wonderful and I have warm dry feet.
