First of all the Banshee battery came highly recommended to me and is working great! I really want to thank you and commend you on your awesome and generous service. My battery was being delivered to another state by accident on my part not Banshee. My computer input had the right street address, but wrong state. When I received notice of delivery ( in the wrong state) I had a minor case of panic and quickly made contact by email and phone to Banshee customer service. They got on it quick and contacted shipper and had my battery sent back to their business & from there sent to my correct address (state) at no charge to me. I was extremely happy and knew Banshee is 1st class! Thank you Banshee, you all Rock! A very happy customer
