Really nice product great quality and well manufactured a couple of comments the lock nuts could be black as they really stick out where the joining plate is located also the installation instructions should reference the preference for the side the customer wants the L track to be located when building the side rails as it is possible to install the L track on the front or rear side of the ladder . I would also comment that the description of the product should clarify that the ladder is designed to be installed in a specific location where the base plate is attached as there is not much tolerance in the location
