Deluxe Sourdough Starter Kit

So good! We have made oatmeal, pancakes, and cookies. Everything was delicious and you can feel the grain texture in the food.

Followed the directions precisely but did make an error once as I was building the starter. The online chat was very responsive and I got an answer to my two questions within 24 hours. My bread came out pretty well. I think there’s a learning curve to be expected, but this is a very clear path to good bread! And the sour flavor is excellent.

So far so good!!
