The Ledge in Mustard - Large

Customer service is top notch, but products leave some things to be desired

I received one ledge that arrived chipped and bent on one side. Customer service immediately sent out a replacement at no cost....which also arrived a little bent/chipped on the other side! I am planning to hang it anyway but a little disappointed for such an expensive piece of bent metal. The packaging is super secure and safe so this has to be a production issue that's not being caught as items are packaged.

The ledge is nice and the color is just like it’s shown but does not come with screws so you have to buy separately, also the lift does not come up very high so I am not sure how well it holds things.
