Felco 211-40 Curved cutting head 15.7in Lopper F-211-40

I'm not crazy about the loppers at all, but I LOVE Pruners Warehouse and its customer service. I was hoping these loppers would provide me easier cutting for things that are a little too hard to get through with my Felco 14 bypass pruners and are easier to carry then my 31 inch loppers, which are a dream to use, but hassle to carry. Even though I can use two hands with these, they just don't seem to work at all. I had a long conversation with Pruners Warehouse and now understand where I went wrong and they helped identify some options to consider. Less learned, I probably should have called them first before assuming I was finding the Goldilocks I was hoping for.
