Springtails

A little concerned with the number of viable springtails in the culture I purchased. I realize its a tricky thing to quantify as they as so small. Hopefully they can get established.

Very few springtails

Ordered the 20+ orange springtails and received like 3-4 instead. Very disappointed. It also took an extra week to ship out and when I asked to cancel the order I was told it was already packaged. Very unprofessional. Will not be buying from here again. Should've listened to the other reviews
