Authentic Aura has the worst communication than any online order I’ve ever done. I ordered a product for my granddaughter on August 1 and the only information I can retrieve is that the order is confirmed. Yet I’ve paid for it and it’s August 18 and I have no contact information to resolve this issue. Very frustrating. Do not order from authentic aura

This was bit the actual official starbucks owalla colab bottle, the screen print of the letters is not good quality and is a totally different color than the real one. Not even sure its a legitimate Owalla bottle, but seems close if its not.

This item is not an authentic Starbucks bottle. I’m disappointed. We paid too much to revive a fake. My daughter waited for a long time to get disappointed.
