Excellent pencils!
These pencils are perfect for writing fingerings and bowings in my music. I can see the markings with these pencils. The eraser is also great. I am so glad that I spent a few dollars more than the run of the mill pencils. I’ll never use anything else for marking music.

Best pencils EVER!
These are the best pencils I've ever used. The lead is soft and dark, and erases thoroughly. These make great gifts for musician friends!
My only complaint is the clip that holds the eraser doesn't hold it very snug, so when enough of the eraser has been used and is moved further up, it slides back down into the clip, making it too short to use. Also, the metal clips are very thin, so they easily break if bent too far when replacing or readjusting the erasers.
Even so, I still give these pencils 5 stars, because the eraser refills are inexpensive, so I just make sure I have enough on hand.
