Perfect for the Yamaha YEV 104 Pro

I purchased this shoulder rest specifically for my Yamaha YEV 104 Pro. I have another shoulder rest that I use for my acoustic violin, but doesn't work for the Yamaha. Since the Yamaha's body is thin and curved differently than the acoustic, the shoulder rest kept falling off. The Wolf Forte Secondo stays put, giving me confidence as I play. I paired it with the Flesch with a hump center chinrest.

At last I may have found my perfect shoulder pad. I am still bending it and tweaking it and I am not done yet, however this is really shaping into my perfect custom shoulder pad.

Great for long necks or people with limited range of neck motion

Once you fing the best placement for you, the Forte Secundo is fantastic. I have had 3 neck surgeries, so appreciate that I can comfortably keep my violin in position with little to no head tilt despite my giraffe neck. The adjustability options required some fiddling around (pun intended). But once you find the sweet spot, you will know immediately.
