Hill & Sons Special Steel Violin E String

Solid E string choice

I have used Hill e strings on and off for years. It is a good solid choice, loud but not shrill and doesn't whistle much. If you are looking to try something better than a Dominant e or the e that comes with your string set, this is a good e string to try at a reasonable price. Not as loud as the Westminster but plenty of power and a soft edge.
