I bought this hair after lots of research. I had a few exchanged emails with customer service with great response rate and very helpful answers. I ordered the Bronde Balayage after matching hair to swatch online and was so blown away. This hair was sooo soft and the color was almost EXACT to the picture and even better to my clients hair. The hair is so soft, washes and styles so nicely. I am excited to see how these look in 6 weeks after my client wears and tears on them a little. The process itself took me about an hour to unpackage, figure out how to place and do 3 rows. Looking forward again to see how quickly the touch up takes in 6 weeks. Absolutely nothing but fantastic to say about these!!! I do recommend ordering 2 packs minimum but they are soft and holding up well
