So...out of the package the hair seemed ok. One thing I did like was the strip they utilize has a mesh quality that looks like it would allow some breathability which was awesome! A bit thin about 1/2 way down. a decent amount of shorter hair unfortunately. I washed (sulfate free) lightly conditioned and partially airdried then soft blow dried no brush. Hair was a bit fuzzy. I did wind up curling it but would not recommend installing on a client who wants a wash and go extension.
