Hair feels like plastic

I was really looking forward to receiving my hair and trying out the butterfly weft method. I love the method but the hair does not feel like real hair. Like I said in my title, it feels like plastic. I was hoping that maybe after a wash, that coating would wear off but it hasn't. I have been getting regular wefts of virgin hair and it is indistinguishable from my hair. I wish they made the butterfly wefts! I do appreciate that it doesn't get super tangly.

Weftastic!

I love my hair weft. It was easy to put on and style. Easily washable. Very comfortable to wear. And! Matched my hair shade perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for longer, thicker hair.
