You cant buy any replacement parts from the company, really poor customer service. Good product though.

This phone was a pleasant surprise compared to most flip phones I’ve seen. For starters it came in a
colorful package which is aesthetically pleasing. Next I noticed that the phones user manual and instructions were clear and easy to use. Also the phone itself is sturdily built and has withstood multiple drops. Overall the phone is not the most intuitive to learn how to use at first. But once you get the hang of it, it is actually quite efficient. A very good product for anyone looking for a basic phone.
