This Irish Sea Moss is a wonderful thing. It has every mineral the body needs in a teaspoon a day. I take it straight off the spoon every morning or add it to my drinks, it has virtually no taste, so easy to add to a meal for the family or fussy eaters. It does need to be kept in the fridge.
