Please include wiring diagrams with controllers, batteries and throttles.

I guess it is working as it is new. I have a problem with the wheels turning fast when directly hooked to the batteries but when turning the throttle it goes real slow or stops. I ordered a new motor and got the same results. I have now ordered a new throttle and maybe that will solve the problem.
