Turbo style multi pieces

Very disappointed I have done hair. Works terribly. Every piece struggled to stay in. My cheap revlon works good on my fine hair. Very heavy to handle and the barrels didn’t work for me at all. I was also disappointed in the brush very heavy did nothing but frizz it up. Air flow styler. My hair doesn’t even stay in it. Can’t even use to straighten. I was so excited to get these, now very upset with the money spent How do I return?

Love my Hair

I have enjoyed all my prior L'ange purchases but am quite disappointed in the TurboStyle system. It does not have near the power as my recently decease beloved Le Styliste. I am not able to use a nozzle to direct air flow and the size is quite bulky. I also purchased the Axia™ HaloRing but did not receive the magnetic wall mount. This dryer also lacks power and the ability to use a nozzle to direct air flow.

Dried out hair that won’t stay styled

I was amazed the first time I made the curls using the Turbo Styler. However, they won’t last more than 10 minutes. Not with the Lange Mousse. Not with the Lange Hairspray. So, I decided to use the other attachments instead and my hair is so dry now. Good thing I have the Borago hair mask and Mrs Bonds shampoo and conditioner. Getting my silky hair back. Help. What am I doing wrong? About to go back to the LeDuo and LeVolume. Less damage and lasts.
