Awesome company. I had the most pleasant phone interaction with a customer service rep that I have EVER had!! The lady that assisted me was easy to understand, so very pleasant and helpful, patient, accommodating and just wonderful!! I could hear the smile in her voice!! It was nice to work with such an awesome rep. I don’t remember her name, but kudos!!!! Keep up the amazing work! Her delightful voice and friendly demeanor came thru loud and clear.

the part works. my chair that i thought was warranty for life other than fabric. It is not. So my $2000 chair isnt warrantied at all. only the frame. First Street false advertising.
