Lorex 4K Spotlight Battery Wi-Fi Security Camera

The camera is of good quality. It was not very difficult to install, connect with Lorex app & use. Lorex should include memory card by default. Some times the app doesn't show the video after clicking the alert. The detection is good.

I was unable to get the camera to work . I used the Lorex app from my other camera to add a device. Could not get it to pick up my wi fi network at home and at another home where I wanted to use it. In the set up directions, it said to remove tape from battery but there was no tape. Was this device a used one? Is it still returnable ? Received it on June 4.

Poor quality

These cameras are very poor quality. They will not connect to the internet outside my house, however they will connect if directly next to the router. Afterwards, when placed in my home they lose internet connection. However, the siren and light do function even after broken connection. I will have to replace. I bought Lorex cameras for outside my house from Costco, and they work wonderfully. Read reviews carefully before purchase!
