Sizing inaccurate and have to pay for return shipping
I’m really disappointed and won’t be ordering from Ergo again. The sizing is inaccurate and very different from other brands. The return process is frustrating and tedious, and having to pay for return shipping makes it even worse. Honestly, I would have been better off just keeping the item, now it feels like I paid Ergo and ended up with nothing.
