Return is a pain

While the product is good, return/exchange process is really painful. You need to write an email to customer support, waiting for them to give you instructions. After paying for your return shipping (cost is not covered), there’s no confirmation from their end, even though I had sent multiple emails to customer support.

Didn’t work for my baby

I liked the fabric and design of this swaddle however it didn’t work for us. My bay was able to push the zipper open and get her hands out causing her to wake up multiple times. There needs to be a button or something to secure the zipper at the top.
