Great Hoodie, Poor Customer Support for Exchange

The hoodie itself is beautiful and great quality, but unfortunately I received the wrong size in my order. I ordered a Large and received an XL instead. I’ve tried reaching out to Anti Broke Barbers Club multiple times through both email and Instagram DMs to return it and exchange it for the correct size, but I haven’t received any response. Really disappointed with the customer service because I genuinely like the hoodie and just wanted to get the right size.

I absolutely love this hoody. Despite the description saying it’s an oversized fit, I got a large like I usually do because I like my hoodies to be a little baggy. I love the fit on this hoody so much. It’s baggy but it’s a tiny bit cropped which makes it so flattering. The “diamonds” are black and when they shine in the light it looks so cool and honestly beautiful in person. I really love the lettering on this hoody too. I honestly really hope they come out with a version without the diamonds too so I can buy that as well because I love it so much lol the material is not super thick which I really like so I can wear it while I’m cutting. I like to push up my sleeves while I’m cutting, so I was worried maybe the diamonds would scratch me when I did that but I didn’t have that issue at all. I really think this hoody is awesome for going out, or to work in. Highly recommend!
