Morning Roast - Light Roast - Ground

I purchased this from a big retailer and was so taken with it that I wanted to order more. I was unable to find it there so I went to the Hills Brothers website and set up a recurring purchase. I brew this in a Moccamaster Cup One using a scoop for 12 ounces of coffee and 11 ounces of water. To me, it is one of the best tasting coffees on the market. My experience with this Morning Roast made me want to try the Decaf and the Balanced ( half caf ). I like all three. I tend to prefer to grind my own beans, so I ordered a bag of the whole bean Original blend. My go to is the Morning Roast. One or two cups of it in the morning helps start the day right. Not too strong, fairly mellow and pleasant taste. Works very well with my preferred coffee creamer. I would probably switch to whole bean instead of the ground if it was available. But I am quite content with the ground Morning Roast.
