While I love the flavor, one of the reasons I love white cloud is because it is a very smooth coffee. Not jittery, not harsh and very flavorful. This roast was is a little too strong for me and I am forwarding it on to my son. He loves a good expresso, a this will find a niche in his coffee life! :)
