I received my E-bike and absolutely love it! Can't ride it enough.

Nice bike but has some issues

Very heavy and very large bike. I’m 5’8 and this bike seems too big. The fit and finish is great and the components are ok, except for the derailleur. It’s a Shimano Altus. There is excessive chain slap on bumpy trails, extremely annoying and the chain jumps off the chainring and back again. The derailleur body hits the frame and makes a loud clanking noise. The chainring is too small and the cassette or freewheel should be more like 11-28, not 14-34. On pavement the throttle does not hold steady and the motor makes a loud whining noise. The top speed is about 15 mph on pavement using pedal assist without ghost pedaling. On the trails, the bike has lots of power and the torque sensor works well and is very smooth. The battery is huge and can get two rides without charging. The fork provides about 60mm of travel on moderately rough trails and the shock about 50mm. I had to bleed the shock several times to equalize the negative pressure with the positive pressure, and reduce pressure to about 90 PSI for it to work properly. I would like to see water bottle cage mounts, and am disappointed there are no mounts for fenders or a rear rack, I would also like to see the battery displayed as a percentage, rather than just 5 bars. The loose chain, lack of high speed gears, and flimsy derailleur are my biggest concerns. Otherwise it is a fun bike to ride and handles well.
