ROBUST STEEL SPORT

When I purchased my viper I told the young lady named Rachel that I was elderly man and I would appreciate if the could send it as soon as possible. She said she would do what she could. And I received it in 4 days in Colorado. Just got it put together and I am still admiring it. Very pleased with the product. I am sure you will hear from me again.

The product itself is great, but the styrofoam packaging material is a total PIA. Little bits get everywhere and it's really hard to clean up. Plus styrofoam is really bad for the environment.

My retired, 73 year old husband spends quite a bit of time in his garage (shop) playing with his truck. He's always rolling around out there, polishing the wheels, waxing it, keeping it looking like it just rolled off the show room floor!! Anyway, he was rolling around on his cheap, probably Harbor Freight roll-around stool when he tipped it over and cut the heck out of his right arm. I had seen one of your commercials prior to this happening and told him I was going to get him one of your chairs! Well after that, he agreed it might be a good idea so he got on your site and chose the one he has today. He absolutely loves it and I have peace of mind not worrying about him falling off of it and laying out there in the floor! Great chair!
