Terrible Customer Support

Ordered here for my baby’s coming home outfit. They waited a week to notify me it was out of stock and said they’d refund me or exchange for a bigger size. Obviously I picked refund. After sending several more emails once I didn’t receive my refund, they sent me an email saying my exchange item was on the way which I didn’t want nor ask for. None of my emails got answered andI never got a refund and they sent me something I didn’t want. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Highly disappointed
