I purchased 2 sterling silver signet rings with birthstones in each for my granddaughters birthdays for there special up coming princess birthday party & the rings are sentimental to me & so important this birthday celebration due to poor health, this nanny needed it to be perfect! Well all I can say is I picked the best jewellery store in the whole of Australia because as it turned out I had limited time for error and Australia Post stuffed the delivery up & it was disastrous until I emailed MY JEWELLERY SHOP MERMAID BEACH QUEENSLAND explained my devastation and they where on to it immediately, cool calm & reassured me if it wasn’t tracked down within 3 days they will replace it & even go as far to deliver a new set to the party address in Queensland. I was absolutely lost for words, blown away with such sincerity & kindness. They even went above & beyond & sent a voucher with discount for engraving so I can get the girls rings engraved to remember there nanny because it’s a service they don’t offer.
