While I was very pleased with the appearance of the wallplates I recently ordered, the screws included with them are too short, and I have been unable to shop for slightly longer ones that fit. I tried to e-mail Wallplate Warehouse with a request for longer screws, but so far I haven't received a reply.

too difficult

Working with Wallplate is great, however, this particular item is difficult to install and we will not be using it--hoping to return it.
