Unfinished wall plate

Plate was as pictured on your website. Quality is good. Unfortunately, the choice of wood was poor as once stained, the grain was very unattractive. All the plates I ordered had a similar problem but the flat plate was the worst.

There was a mistake in my original order and customer service returned a call I made to rectify the mistake. They DID by sending me what had been missing from my order, so I was more than pleased with their service!
