The item fit my need, I replaced a different style/same color plate. When this wall plate arrived, the package was open and missing three of the colored screws. Since I already had a similar plate, I reused those screws. Everything worked out okay, but if I needed the screws I would have been upset.

My overall experience ordering, receiving and installing this and the other items I ordered has been so easy that I didn't really notice anything other than ease of ordering, receiving and installing. There are a couple of items I still need and will order gladly.
