I have not installed them yet because I am waiting for the additional items that are out of stock. I was told they would be back in stock in 2 weeks. It has been over a month and still not available. I also contacted customer service and have not received a response. So I have items that I will most likely need to return because I can’t order the rest.

Good Product, Horrible Service

Well built and attractive steel wall plate at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, dealing with Wallplate Warehouse is not a pleasant affair. They have extremely poor communication with their customers. You order a product and get a confirmation email, then everything stops. You wait for days or weeks waiting to hear the status of your order, not knowing whether it shipped or not. Going on the website and emailing them directly results in dead air. I did this twice and got no response. The only way to find out what’s going on is to call them directly, which usually leads to excuses and disinterest. They have way too much competition to run a business this way. Won’t be back.
