Not pleased

I purchase the wall plates for my new bathroom what I'm extremely frustrated by is that I paid a lot of money for these and they came with pathetic screws that would not even go into the outletbox. I reached out to your company for a refund nobody responded back I reached out again and again nobody responded to me. Bad customer service.
