This top is great for walks, low impact exercise. Light support. Wouldn't recommend for high impact as it is quite 'micro' as the name says, but so cute and the material is amazing

Love the push up style of this top. Makes my bust feel a teeny bit bigger ;) The fabric is so soft and beautiful to wear as well.

Soft and so cute. Perfect for walking / light Pilates in my opinion
