Glucosamine Complex

My body rejected this combination. Afyer 2 days of taking them, my knees & shoulders were hurting. I struggled to walk down the steps. I also had stomach paibs & diarrhea. Since stopping for 1 day, i have significant improvement in my joints. No stomach pains either. Might be a good product but not for me.
