Milky Jelly Cleanser

AMAZING!!!

I highly recommend this cleanser as it makes my face feel really fresh and clean. I love the smoothness of this cleanser as when I apply it you can tell that is going to be amazing.

Kindness to my face

It's a relief to find this formula! Usually my face feels SO dry after washing that when I apply serum and moisturizer afterward it feels like kind of a horrifying desert sponge situation, as in -I know my skin is a parched and the serum just seems to disappear. Not sure if that makes any sense really, but when I wash with Milky Jelly Cleanser my face feels soft, moisturized, and ready for serum to 'sit and settle' better on my damp skin. I usually use this on my face in the shower. I do exfoliate about once or twice a week but this stuff, the Milky Jelly Cleanser. . is like having your dear mom fix things when you're having a bad day. I also use the priming moisturizer by Glossier but I don't look forward to using it like I do with this cleanser. It's very cool to have something I actually look forward to in this way. "It's not a chore!" Regarding the scent. . I may be a lone cowgirl out in the field on this take but I actually appreciate the smell. If I dwell on what it reminds me of, I'd say maybe a hint of whatever makes nasal allergy spray smell the certain way it does. Personally, the fact that there's a slight first-aid not kind of whiff to it kind of makes me like it more than if out were something noxious like artificial peaches or wild citrus blast(!) for example. I purchased this full sized product after a sample I had from ipsy ran out, and I think I've found the formula that works best for me! I am curious now about whether Glossier make an exfoliating wash for face and if so, will probably try to find a sample first. In summary though, I do recommend trying this for anyone with sensitive skin who needs extra oomph with making moisture stay put, and especially recommend to anyone trying to get away from the more overpowering scents we find in most facial care products.

This has been my FAV face cleanser for over 10 years. It is very gentle on my face and it easily removes all of my makeup.
