Poor customer service

Ordered 2 school jumpers with plenty of time (31st July) before school started at end of August. I was told as the jumper had to be embroidered it was a special order and would take between one and half to two weeks. I waited over 3 weeks and called in to the shop to be told it would be another few days. I phoned again after a few days and was told again it would be another few days. So I phoned … again a few days later to be spoken down to and told “no one would have told you it would take 1 and a half to 2 weeks it takes 3 weeks at least” and was again told it would be another few days. I then asked at this point could they contact the warehouse as my child was starting back to school in a matter of days and it had already been 4 weeks since I ordered the jumpers. I was contacted back and told again… yep you guessed it .. another few days. So low and behold a few hours later I got a call to say my order had arrived in to store. I went to pick up my order and the bag felt unusually light so thankfully I opened and checked and not only had they only gave me one jumper (not the 2 I had ordered and paid for a month previous) but it was also the wrong size. As my son was starting back to school now the following day I had to go myself to the warehouse to pick up the jumpers which thankfully they had in stock. But between the warehouse and the shop messing up the order and the staff being so rude particularly the manager not even any acknowledgment or apology for any of the inconvenience. Unfortunately it’s the only shop that stocks the schools uniform otherwise I would not be shopping there again.
