Titanium Nose Stud Ring Opal

i wanted to love this piece and metal quality seems subpar, more like brushed matte stainless steel and not surgical-grade/ titanium. design is cute but if quality is not good, does the design redeem it enough? 26.92 price for the piece i got makes me feel i got ripped off or like i may as well have bought from amazon since i spent over $200 on my full order. also shop states it’s in Canada but jewelry came from Ukraine which took a long time.
