Disappointment

I really like Bliss Nut-Butters and have been ordering from them for a few years. However, my last order arrived damaged due to the way the product was packed. I tried reaching customer service several times (emails & phone call) and never received a reply. The product is great, customer service not great.

Love product - consistent shipping issues

I love the peanut butter. Hands down the best and I used to buy often, at least 4 jars at a time and have gifted jars. However shipping issues started. Twice my order showed awaiting a label for days. One time it went into weeks. I repeatedly contacted and after numerous attempts was told my shipment was held up for unknown reasons. The 3rd time this happened, I was very frustrated and now buy another brand. Not as good but never have an issue with obtaining.

Hands Down The Best!

The texture and flavor of Bliss is just perfect! Bliss has nailed the consistency of their peanut butter, the hint of honey is spot on! I love the natural peanut butter, cinnamon and white chocolate! I discovered Bliss in 2016 at the Lake Oswego (Portland, OR) market and have been purchasing their peanut butter every since. I continue to order a dozen jars at a time knowing I will be ordering more once I run out. I have shared my love for Bliss with friends and coworkers and 100% of the responses end in a big ole smile and a future purchase of their own! The ingredients are natural and clean, no worry when eating more than the recommended serving size! If you haven't yet- buy a jar. I promise your taste buds will be glad you did!
