I have no problem with the toner I purchased, however, I was not happy the shipping took a full 14 days. I followed the tracking online and the toner package started in Georgia and arrived 14 days later in California. Supplies Outlet say they have warehouses throughout the US so your toner will arrive as soon as possible, usually in 1 to 2 days. In the US, Georgia is about as far away as you can get from California, so maybe the toner I wanted was only at their Georgia warehouse. If that's the case, they should have warned me when I placed the order that it was going to take 14 days so I could have paid more than the $5.99 they charge for standard shipping.
