I bought the 4 pack of toner and when I placed the black in my printer it started to push too much toner powder out into the base of my printer and on the drum of the toner itself causing my pages to have a streak on the left side. Told SUPPLIES OUTLET about the issue and they promptly sent me a replacement for my black toner. This took care of the problem. Thank You Supplies Outlet for being prompt on the exchange as the shop needed it to print off pages for a project was working on.

Worked fine

I don't think a cartridge should do anything except work as well or better then OEM. And this cartridge worked fine.

Much cheaper toner cartridges

I have a laser printer and don't need to replace my toner often. This time around, I discovered the SuppliesOutlet. The cartridges I bought were a fraction of the price that HP charges or the place I bought them a year ago (where they were now out of stock). Can't say how long they'll last, but the quality seems just fine. Good bargain.
