It also made grinding noises as if it didn’t fit properly, and it was rubbing with every turn of the crank the easy off spool would not release when both buttons were depressed. The handle had a gap where it looks like Water can get into it from the side extremely poorly made for $368 reel after taxes. I’ve called four times to the site for Penn and nobody answers the phone and all you can do is leave your name and number and somebody will get back to you and the order in which it was received.. Nobody has called me back. They also have a 20% restocking fee. If you don’t get the OK from them to send it back it seems like the plan to steal your money. Extremely disappointed with the entire process. That is in place by the company to fix a problem that they created.

Holds up great against big fish 10 out of 10 for price and durability

The product is good. I’ve gotten a couple fish on it. It’s nice. It’s versatile service as well. Was amazing. Shipping was a breeze. There’s nothing bad. I could say everything was pretty good up to standard 10 out of 10 recommend I know this is not a paid or sponsorship hundred percent real.
