Where to start.. These guys are top notch! I ordered passports and hats for my crew. I was trying to get ahead of the game for Xmas gifts. Shipping was quick but when I got my package, a few of the hats were not in the best shape due to an apparent dust storm. The quality and design was great, they just showed up dirty with some mild scuffs. I sent an email with photos and received a response with in 5 minutes. Joe is a top notch individual and took care of everything and made sure to make it right. The condition in which my products arrived was issue with one of the big logistics services and not his company. The new hats came in a few days later and were perfect!
