Non responsive customer service. Patch looks nice, but item arrived well after estimated delivery that I paid an upgraded amount for so that it wouldn't be late. Company took so long to ship it that it wasn't USPS fault. Merchant won't respond to my email. I won't be purchasing from this company again. Bad experience.
