Bang bang onion meets shin ramen beef broth

So I had to solve a problem. The seasoning mix gives me headaches. I substituted the seasoning packet for 1 Tbs of bang bang onion and the Unami flavor burst help me enjoy my ramen with leeks, bok choi, and preserve duck egg.
