Year of the Horse Sheer Crew Sock

Very beautiful socks! However, I was a fool and listened to the description "We recommend sizing up if you want the cuff to sit higher" and thought that meant the cuff on the size I socks sit lower, and then saw a review mention the socks being so tight on their 9.5 feet, it sounded like they run small, so I ordered the size II, despite being a US W8. HUGE REGRET. The toebox is sooo loose on my foot, it feels weird and looks weird when I wear them with my open-toe shoes. I wish I never read that size up recommendation.
