Please review your returns process

I do not mind paying for returns for a small business, but the address not being posted anywhere is a bit daft. I ended up waiting days for a reply. I also think the turnaround for the refund is far too long and needs to be more competitive. I ordered a t shirt I already have but in a different colour and it was longer despite being same size and I’ll wait around 3 weeks for the money back. I’d be reluctant to shop with you again for these reasons.
