GLAM. Personalized Leather iPhone Case - Dore/Gold

Pretty upset.. it came damaged with the seams coming up on the loop. When I messaged customer service they said thats just how it is when it was clearly defective and told me to return it without shipping fees covered. With no exchange offer provided, I am returning it in hopes that the one I reorder doesnt have this same issue. Ive had friends who’ve ordered this case, and frequently check reviews. No one else has had this issue.. It is my favorite phone case, or else I would not be a returning customer. Its dissapointing to have such a poor experience with their service, and their new “quality” having fraying seams. Hopefully my new order is better, I love this case!
